Outside linebacker James Harrison has finalized a contract that will bring him to Cincinnati for the next two seasons. Details of the contract have not been released yet. Harrison has played his entire career with the Steelers. In nine years, he has recorded 617 tackles, 64 sacks, and 29 forced fumbles; he's only missed 14 games. Harrison will be looked at to fill the shoes of LB Manny Lawson who was signed by the Bills on 3/13. This is a nice move by the Bengals, who still have almost $30,000,000 in cap space. Look for Harrison's move to intensify the division rivalry. He doesn't seem to have a problem with being fined for illegal tackles - and I'm sure Big Ben knows this too.
