Found March 23, 2012 on Seahawk Addicts:
One of the tight ends the Seahawks brought in for a visit, Jacob Tamme, is now off the market after signing a three year, $9 million contract with the Broncos.  Denver is an ideal situation for Tamme, as it reunites him with his former quarterback Peyton Manning.  The other tight end we know Seattle is considering, Visanthe Shiancoe, is still available. Since the Seahawks are shopping for a backup running back, it bears mentioning that there are signs that the Panthers are interested in trading Jonathan Stewart.  Carolina recently signed Mike Tolbert and still has DeAngelo Williams under contract, so the team may decide they'd rather get something in return for Stewart now instead of competing to re-sign him when his rookie contract is finally up at the end of the 2012 season.  Stewart has had some injury problems, but he's a hard, pounding runner who is no stranger to sharing the backfield workload, so he would be an attractive backup for Marshawn Lynch.  Granted, the Seah...

Will Jonathan Stewart be traded to the Browns?

The Carolina Panthers puzzled everyone on Monday by signing the bruiser Mike Tolbert to a four-year 8.4 million dollar contract. Manning Colts gear selling fast

Peyton Manning has departed the Circle City for Mile High environs. Apparently Manning-related merchandise is also scarce around town: "We've sold more in the last two days than in the last three months. Will the Pittsburgh Steelers trade for Panthers RB Jonathan Stewart?

The Pittsburgh Steelers have some questions surrounding their running back position in 2012. According to various reports, Pittsburgh does not expect RB Rashard Mendenhall to contribute in 2012 with sources stating that the club does not expect the running back to contribute on the field until 2013. The problem for the Steelers is that Mendenhall will be a free agent...

Report: Panthers open to trading Jonathan Stewart

According to Len Pasquarelli of The Sports Xchange, the Carolina Panthers are willing to listen to trade offers for running back Jonathan Stewart. Right now there aren’t any serious talks with any teams around the league, but since Stewart is in the last year of his current contract, teams won’t be willing to rent him for a season, so a long-term will have to be a part of the deal.

Peyton Manning to the Broncos: Fantasy Impact

Tebow-Mania has come to an end now that future 1st ballot Hall of Famer Peyton Manning has agreed to join John Elway’s Denver Broncos. From a football standpoint this was a questionable move for Manning who spurned two teams that are much better in San Francisco and Tennessee. With that said Manning is heading to a winnable division and is joining a team that will allow him to...
