The Seahawks practice on Friday. I'm in Illinois, en route to South Bend, Ind. Percy Allen covered practice Friday. Here's his summary of Coach Jim Mora's status updates:
G Rob Sims practiced and should play.
QB Matt Hasselbeck did not practice, and while he will travel but is doubtful to play.
LT Walter Jones will not travel and he is out. No surprise. He didn't practice at all this week.
LB Lofa Tatupu practiced and should play.
T Brandon Frye practiced more than he did Thursday and should play. FB Justin Griffith did a little in individual drills, but nothing in team drills. "He's made some strides," coach Jim Mora said.
CB Josh Wilson is doubtful, but his final status will be a game-day decision.
