Update: According to ESPN's Bill Williamson, Oakland Raiders coach Tom Cable says that QB Charlie Frye will start in Cleveland on Sunday if he is healthy. Fantasy Impact:  Interesting.  Even after QB JaMarcus Russell came on in relief Sunday and lead the Raiders on a clutch, game-winning drive against the Broncos, Cable prefers the veteran backup.  Stay away from the Raiders QB situation in all formats even though the Browns in week 15 present a favorable matchup.
