Sometimes, "not enough" is just "too much." Such was the case as the Ravens opened their season against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Unable to produce many offensive scores to counteract the litany of turnovers the team committed, the Ravens fell to their division rivals, 27-20.
The stars shone brightly enough for Cincinnati's squad, though. Carson Palmer managed a solid 20 completions in 32 attempts, for 194 yards and two touchdowns. Chad "Sexy" Johnson caught five passes for 95 yards and a score, while T.J. Houshmandzadeh brought in an impressive nine passes for 50 yards, and also scored a touchdown.
Regardless, the Ravens' defense stamped their seal on the game by holding running back Rudi Johnson to 50 yards over 18 carries.
