Last week, on the Frankie the Sports Guy program, I predicted a Giants victory. I think the Giants will win 20-14. However, I am concerned about the Giants injured secondary. Starting cornerback Aaron Ross is out. It looks like nickel back Kevin Dockery will not play. This means undrafted rookie Bruce Johnson will get playing time. Yikes!! Furthermore, the Giants have three safeties on the roster. Kenny Phillips, Michael Johnson, and C.C. Brown. I do not like Johnson and Brown in coverage. In fairness to Brown, he is learning a new system. On the contrary, the Football Outsiders, do not like him. Needless to say, with a depleted secondary, I think Redskins WR Santana Moss is licking his chops. I think Moss will have a big game. I hope the Giants do not give up big plays. During the last quarter of the season, this was a disturbing trend. In order to minimize big plays, the Giants have to get a good pass rush all game long.
