Congrats to DE Jason Pierre-Paul (2 time pro bowler), WR Victor Cruz (1 time pro bowler) and OG Chris Snee (4 time pro bowler) who all three were voted into the pro bowl.
JPP has a total of 6.5 sacks this season, even though the fans voted him to go to Hawaii and he shouldn't be in this game.
Victor Cruz is having a good season with 82 catches for 1040 receiving yards and has scored 9 touchdowns overall.
The fans voted him in as well and I guess he deserves to be in the pro bowl since he is talented wide out.
Also Chris Snee was voted by the players and coaches to his fourth trip to Hawaii. He is the most underrated OG in all of football and it is well derserving for Chris Snee to be in this game.
Congrats to CB Antonio Cromartie (2 time pro bowler) and S LaRon Landry (1 time pro bowler) who both were voted in the pro bowl by fans, players and coaches.
Antonio Cromartie does deserve to be in the pro bowl since he is the best cornerback for the Jets this sea...

With the slumping Giants facing a must-win game for even a hope at qualifying for the playoffs, head coach Tom Coughlin thinks players need to “resurrect a little bit of pride.”
Tom Coughlin knows this is how it goes, one year you’re the champ, the next you’re the chump. You can’t win them all, but you can win one for pride. The proud Giants need help to get into the playoffs, a little too much help to realistically sit on a wing of hope. However, Coughlin doesn’t quit and he won’ let his team go under either. “That’s what I talked to our...
New York Giants defensive coordinator Perry Fewell is still trying to figure out why his defense is ranked 30th in the NFL after looking so good in practice.
For now Fewell believes his guys just aren’t executing.
“We’ve prepared better than what we’ve played,” Fewell said, per the New York Daily News. “I think if you look at the tape we’re in position to make plays...
Victor Cruz made it clear earlier in the season that he hoped he and the Giants would agree to a new contract by the end of the season. He said he wanted to avoid it hanging over him and letting it become a distraction.
Well, the season is nearing its end and the third-year wide receiver still hasn't signed a new deal.
"I'm not disappointed," Cruz said. "...
The New York Giants have not definitively declared him out of Sunday's regular-season finale against the Philadelphia Eagles, but it seems like the season might be over for cornerback Prince Amukamara.
Amukamara missed practice again Thursday after playing only four snaps Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens and head coach Tom Coughlin said the 2011 first-round draft pick,...
Theres a strong chance the Giants will be missing two of their three top corners on Sunday, as Prince Amukamara and Jayron Hosley are both listed as doubtful.
Amukamara is dealing with a hamstring issue and was limited in todays practice after not practicing Wednesday or yesterday. Hosley suffered a quad injury yesterday and did not practice today.
I had no problems ...
When the New York Giants face the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 17 of the 2012 NFL season, they will do so with their playoff chances being on life support. The Giants need to not only defeat the Eagles, but need losses from the Chicago Bears, Dallas Cowboys and Minnesota Vikings. They also may be preparing to play with Osi Umenyiora on their team for the final time.
“Is there a...
As the Philadelphia Eagles prepare for their last game of the 2012 season, a look at headlines about their final opponent, the New York Giants. As New York no longer has a chance of winning the NFC East, playoff scenarios abound.

Ravens free safety Ed Reed has been fined $55,000 for his hit on New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz, two sources with knowledge of the situaton confirmed.
