Found November 08, 2012 on NFL Injury Report:
A trio of starters for the New York Giants didn’t practice yesterday, including wide receiver Hakeem Nicks, running back Ahmad Bradshaw and offensive lineman Chris Snee, reports Ohm Youngmisuk of ESPNNewYork.com. Nicks didn’t appear on the team’s injury report last week before playing against the Pittsburgh Steelers. He dealt with swelling in his surgically repaired foot and knee earlier in the season, and it appears that it is back. Coach Tom Coughlin told reporters that he hopes to have Bradshaw back for at least one day of practice this week prior to New York’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals this weekend. Coughlin added that safety Kenny Phillips is going to sit out one more week before hopefully returning against the Green Bay Packers following the Giants’ bye. Beyond Bradshaw, Nicks and Snee, linebackers Chase Blackburn (hamstring) and Jacquian Williams (knee) and defensive lineman Chris Canty (groin) also missed practice. Center David Baas (ankle/elbow), tight end Bear Pascoe (ankle) and linebacker Keith Rivers (calf) were limited. With Swelling Down, Giants Optimistic Nicks Will Play…

Hakeem Nicks has been a disappointment to say the least. One of the tough choices many fantasy football owners had to make in the 2012 draft was Victor Cruz or Hakeem Nicks. No one thought that one option would be so clearly superior to the other. The good news for Nicks owners is that the knee swelling that has been keeping him out of practice is gone. The Giants expect Nicks...

On Hakeem Nicks And Whether Stats Are For Girls (you know, gettin’em)

NY Giants WR Hakeem Nicks isn’t worried about stats because he has enough women. Possibly five! Earlier today, NY Giants WR Hakeem Nicks was quoted as saying “stats are for girls” as in guys who care about stats are only interested in showing them off. Ike Taylor Named AFC Defensive Player Of The Week

New York Giants wide receivers Hakeem Nicks and Victor Cruz made it a point to say prior to their Sunday game that the Pittsburgh Steelers defensive backs get away with holding too much.
