Well, not literally. But the G-men dropped the Cowboys to 1-5 with a 41-35 win that wasn’t really that close. The Giants made a lot of mistakes, yet did more things right. Oh, and the Cowboys just aren’t very good. So much talent, yet they just don’t seem to be trying as hard as the other team. That of course stems from their head coach, who has to know he’s not going to be back in 2011. With that, here is our recap:
THE GOOD
Eli Manning overcame two awful interceptions in the first quarter, settling down and driving the Giants down the field a few times, helping turn 10-0 and 20-7 deficits into a 24-20 halftime lead….Ahmad Bradshaw, who now leads the NFC in rushing, had 126 rushing yards, and Brandon Jacobs added 75 hard fought yards and a score. That tandem is looking dominant right now….of course, the run game and Eli’s pass protection were stellar, thanks to an O-line that is humming like they did in 2007….another stellar ga...
