California in July seems a long time ago, but the New York Giants have long memories. It was at the end of July that Cowboys owner Jerry Jones told a group of fans at training camp in Oxnard, California that, "Y'all should come to Cowboys Stadium and watch us beat the Giants' asses." The Giants, including all their glutei maximi, will be at Cowboys Stadium at 3:25 on Sunday to see if Jones can live up to his boast. Running back Ahmad Bradshaw told the Newark Star-Ledger the Giants "definitely" remember Jones' words. "We take pride in the billboard postings and different things, which motivates our team," Bradshaw said. "We just use it all for motivation." Of course, the Giants had their first opportunity to quiet Jones on Sept. 5 in their home stadium. The Cowboys came away with a 24-17 victory over the defending Super Bowl champions. "Obviously Dallas beat us the first game of the season, so we are definitely looking for some get-back," safety Antrel Rolle told the Star-Ledger. Rolle later added on a WFAN radio appearance: "We're going out there ready to be some head-busters." Then again, Jones' bold prediction had to do specifically with the matchup at Cowboys Stadium, where the Giants are 3-0 all time. The Giants christened the stadium with a 33-31 win over the Cowboys in 2009. After that game, Giants quarterback Eli Manning autographed the wall in the visitors' locker room, which created some controversy. In 2010, the Giants won again in Arlington, 41-35, in a game that saw Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo knocked out for the season with a broken collarbone. Last season, the Giants won 37-34 at Cowboys Stadium with a late comeback. Needless to say, the Giants are looking forward to another trip to "Jerry World." "Definitely, no question," Bradshaw said. "We have fun in Dallas' stadium." Follow Keith Whitmire on Twitter: @Keith_Whitmire
