New York Giants offensive lineman David Diehl will not miss the first day of training camp, despite getting arrested last month on charges of driving under the influence. Diehl made an unscheduled appearance in a Queens Criminal court Saturday morning, according to the New York Post. Diehl was scheduled to reappear in court next Thursday, the first day of Giants' camp, but his attorneys were able to get the earlier hearing. The Post reported that Diehl's lawyers updated the judge Saturday about "continuing discussions for a possible disposition" for the DUI charges. Diehl must appear in court again on Sept. 7. Diehl crashed his BMW into two parked cars on June 10 after a day of drinking. He has publicly apologized for the incident.

New York Giants' Justin Tuck: I Definitely Didn't Work as Hard as I Should've Last Year

Yesterday at Giants 101, we talked about how Justin Tuck wants to be a more consistent player than he was last season. The two-time Pro-Bowler was a shell of his former self for the majority of the 2011 campaign, playing in only twelve games and recording only five sacks. Frankly, there were games in which Justin Tuck was a non-factor in the outcome. Injuries obviously played a major...
