New York Giants safety Kenny Phillips told ESPN New York on Friday that his $30,000 unnecessary roughness fine from September was overturned and is expected to play Sunday. Phillips was fined for a hit against Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Vincent Jackson on a pass play that did not draw a penalty flag on Sept. 16. Phillips has not played since Sept. 30 when he sprained an MCL against the Philadelphia Eagles. Phillips practiced on a limited basis all week and expects to play Sunday night against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday night.

New York Giants running back Ahmad Bradshaw is going to suit
up this weekend against the Green Bay Packers despite appearing on the team’s

Keith Rivers are questionable to play.

Green Bay Packers (7-3) at New York Giants (6-4)
What’s wrong with the Giants? That’s what everyone is asking. Well, they do this every year. Since Tom Coughlin took over, the Giants are 53-19 in the first 8 games of a season and 27-39 in the last 8 games of the season, including these last 2 losses. Eli Manning has been the main problem of late and not just in the 2 losses....
