The Giants held a short Thanksgiving Day practice session, but Ahmad Bradshaw wasn't on the field.
Bradshaw (foot) didn't practice for the second straight day, sitting out along with DT Linval Joseph (knee) and WR Domenik Hixon (ankle). Hixon, who is battling a high ankle sprain and said he's "taking it day-by-day," and Bradshaw, who rarely practices these days, were not surprising.
On the bright side, S Kenny Phillips (knee) practiced for a second straight day. He was a limited participant, as were LB Keith Rivers (knee/calf) and LB Jacquian Williams (knee). Source: New York Daily News Attached Thumbnails

The 23-year-old’s camp performance prompted coach Tom Coughlin to declare last week Douglas “has had a heck of a preseason.” He was at it again...

Eli Manning and the Giants went into their bye week struggling. They need to get things together on both sides of the ball if they want to make a serious run at the Super Bowl. After going a red hot 13-1 in week 11, I went 2-1 on Thanksgiving day. For the season that makes it 106-57. I'm still in striking distance of .750 for the season. Let's take a look at week 12...
New York Giants safety Kenny Phillips told ESPN New York on Friday that his $30,000 unnecessary roughness fine from September was overturned and is expected to play Sunday. Phillips has not played since Sept. 30 when he sprained...

Giants receiver Domenik Hixon (ankle) and linebacker Jacquian Williams (knee) have been ruled out for the Packers game.

What’s wrong with the Giants? That’s what everyone is asking. Well, they do this every year. Since Tom Coughlin took over, the Giants are 53-19 in the first 8 games of a season and 27-39 in the last 8 games of the season, including these last 2 losses. Eli Manning has been the main problem of late and not just in the 2 losses....
