The New York Giants (3-2) will play the San Francisco 49ers (4-1) Sunday afternoon at Candelstick Park from San Francisco, CA.
Game starts at 4:25 pm on FOX (TV) and WFAN (Radio).
49ers favorites over Giants.
Spread is - 6.5 points.

It's the rematch of 2011 NFC championship game between the Giants and 49ers this coming weekend. It will be a blood bath to the end with both of these teams trying to get a win.
This is a different 49ers team the Giants facing this time around and San Francisco had played dominanting football in the last two weeks, even thought they face bad teams in the Jets and Bills.
Eli Manning will get Hakeem Nicks back in the passing game which should help out the Giants a lot. They need Hakeem Nicks in there so they can give the 49ers secondary matchup problems.
Here the three keys for the Giants in order to win:
(1) Big Blue's pass rush has to get Alex Smith sacked and rattl
