The Giants play the NFL's laughing stock, at the Meadowlands the Oakland Raiders on Sunday, in a game that should be an easy win for Big Blue. Of course injury concerns may make this a more difficult game for the Giants than any of us could imagine. Here are the keys to a Giants victory on Sunday: Eli's Status: Giants quarterback Eli Manning is a tough dude. He plays through pain and has never missed a start. He has been under center for 82 consecutive games for Big Blue. However, the foot injury he is dealing with is extremely painful and he has missed practice the last two days.
