The NFL draft is just weeks away now and the mocks are in full swing with tweaks, second guesses, and ideas being tossed about like Lombardi’s in the Steelers front office.  Ok, just a little humor there but you get the idea. We feature some of the mock drafts created by members of SA, here on the blog periodically. You can check them all out in our war room section. MDSteel15 released his latest mock here on SA which doesn’t include drafting a nose tackle. This draws some controversy with fans for sure, but one can argue that this position is the 3rd biggest need on the Steelers right now.  Also, that the combination of Hood, McLendon, and eventually Hampton (after he recovers from his ACL) surgery will suffice for 2012? You certainly couldn’t go wrong by addressing this need but there are also some scenario’s, like the one shown below, that can justify not doing so too.
