The talent has always been there for Browns rookie wide receiver Josh Gordon. He's starting to tap into it.
Gordon, taken by Cleveland in July's supplemental draft, has emerged as the team's biggest deep threat and playmaker. The 21-year-old had a breakout performance last week against Oakland, catching six passes for 116 yards - both season-highs - as the Browns snapped a 12-game road losing streak.
When Gordon arrived at training camp, he was out of shape, unproven and had a checkered past after multiple marijuana issues. But he's been nothing but a major asset for the Browns, who are excited about his potential.
Quarterback Brandon Weeden believes the ''sky's the limit'' for Gordon, who is averaging 19 yards per reception and has made opposing defenses jittery because of his deceiving speed.

This is not to criticize any of these...
BEREA, Ohio (AP) -- Kickoffs have defined Josh Cribbs' career in the NFL, and made him an invaluable weapon for the Cleveland Browns.

Earlier this week, Commissioner...
Their record won’t be an indication, but the Cleveland Browns are slowly starting to turn things around. They likely won’t make the playoffs, unless they win out and have a ton of help, but that doesn’t mean they are going just to roll over for teams. Rookies have played huge roles for the Browns this [...]
