Folks, we've made it once again to that time of the year, where picnics, beer and football reign supreme!  Everyone has their own respective football team they can't live without, but for now we will talk about the Green Bay Packers.  I will try to select the most over-rated and under-rated player, and want to hear who yours are as well.   Most Over-Rated: Jermichael Finley It is an arduous task in being critical of your own, but this is solely meant to awaken and inspire.  JerMichael Finley needs to prove his game this season and I believe he will.  I thought Finley was good for approximately 75 catches last season, as the Packers, specifically Rodger's, would capitalize on Finley's perfect tight end physic (he's 6'5" and 247 pounds).  In actuality, Finley was good for 55 catches, while acquiring 767 yards.  He did score 8 touchdowns, but it was partly his poor play that hurt the Packers in the playoffs.  Against the Giants, Finley only corralled 4 balls for 37 yards and gave up ...

  • I believe Jordy Nelson and Desmond Bishop are tied for the most under rated Packers. If healthy Bishop would have led all NFL linebackers in tackles and he was their best pass rusher from inside all year in addition to having big play capability. Jordy looked like a taller and faster Fred Biletnikoff, he was an All Pro. Yes, Finley under performed but no one in the NFL is more over rated than A.J. Hawk if you look at production versus compensation. Paris Lenon and Nail Diggs even at his age performed better for their teams than Hawk did.
