The Buccaneers play in a very difficult division, and they're still busy picking up the pieces from the short-lived Raheem Morris era. The man the team chose to re-build with is Greg Schiano, but he shouldn't get too comfortable. He could be gone at the end of the year.

Greg Schiano is an embarrassing excuse for a coach. He is nearly universally detested by folks around the NFL, and in his time at Rutgers, he made few, if any, friends.
Now that I have that bit off my chest, it takes a combination of factors for a first year coach to be fired. The first bit is a lack of wins at the end of the day. Schiano will have a tough time hitting 8 wins with the Buccaneers. They're simply too inconsistent on the field, and as I mentioned earlier, their talent level just isn't there yet.
