Ravens Gab:
In what is no doubt a hit for the Baltimore Ravens' defensive line, Jamison Hensley of the Baltimore Sun reports that defensive tackle Kelly Gregg will have microfracture surgery performed on his injured left knee today - which has been confirmed by Gregg's agent.A It also appears that Gregg will not be cleared to return until offseason workouts in May or June 2009.
Gregg missed the entire preseason as well as the first 4 games during the regular season; his surgery will be performed by Dr. James Andrews.A Look for Justin Bannan to take Gregg's place and remain the starter for the remainder of the season.
