After struggling the last two weeks, Bengals tight end Jermaine Gresham came through when it counted. The second-year player, who was held without a catch in the first half, had four receptions for 70 yards in the second half as the Bengals rallied for a 23-20 win over Buffalo on Sunday at Paul Brown Stadium. “In the second half we just had to play within the offense and do our part to help the defense out. We had to play smart,” Gresham said. Gresham didn’t get his first catch until six minutes into the third quarter for an 11-yard gain on the first play of the Bengals second drive of the second half. Six plays later, he got perfect position on Buffalo safety George Wilson and caught it one-handed in the left corner of the end zone for a 17-yard touchdown. It marked the first time in seven quarters that the Bengals had scored a touchdown.
