Cornerbacks Brent Grimes and Kelvin Hayden are among the inactive players for Atlanta in Sunday's game against Houston.
Grimes, an alternate Pro Bowl pick in 2010, had minor surgery on his right knee Thursday and will be sidelined from two to four weeks. Hayden, a nickel back, is missing his second straight game with a toe injury.
Quarterback John Parker Wilson, signed this week, is also among the inactives for Atlanta.
Fullback Lawrence Vickers, defensive end Tim Bulman and quarterback Kellen Clemens are on the inactive list for Houston. The Texans signed Clemens after learning Matt Schaub would miss the rest of the season with a Lisfranc injury in his right foot.
