Larry Brown Sports:
I don’t know if Hakeem Nicks had a nickname before, but he certainly has one now. After the interview he gave Sports Illustrated’s Jimmy Traina, I’m calling him Harmony Hakeem.
The New York Giants receiver conducted a Q&A with Traina over email where he essentially refused to answer any negative questions. The whole thing started off on a strange note when Nicks identified Denzel Washington as his celebrity crush. When he was asked some negative questions, he pretty much refused to go along.
Here were some of his decidedly positive responses:
SI.com: Celebrity whose popularity annoys you?
Nicks: Nobody — to each their own.
SI.com: Song you hate the most?
Nicks: I’m not a hater. So the song I like the most is “Guap” by Big Sean.
SI.com: Biggest Twitter pet peeve?
SI.com: Worst thing a fan has ever said to you?
Nicks: The best thing a fan has said to me is “that I inspire them to be better people.”
The whole thing is so bizarre you really just have to read it yourse...

After going through all the ugly details of the Giants' debacle at the hands of the Atlanta Falcons, New York coach Tom Coughlin delivered a message of hope to the defending Super Bowl champions.

The New York Giants were once 6-2 and leading the NFC eastern Division by 2.5 games. Now with only 2 games remaining in the season, the Giants are in a 3-way tie with Washington and Dallas at 8-6. Technically, the Giants are in 3rd place based on divisional records of the three teams. With games at Baltimore and at home in their final game against the Eagles, the Giants must rely...
We here at The Victory Formation, we make bets with one another that can lead to embarrassing moments on the internet. Like a Michigan fan singing the Michigan State fight song. But none of us have ever dared to offer up the loss of clothing. You’re welcome. However, one New York Giants fan did make [...]
Every year it happens.Every year throughout the Manning-Coughlin tandem - that has brought so much success to the Giants - there is a swoon, a grey pallor that covers the G-men.It can be hard to notice because of the crunch of metal coming from that train wreck known as the New York Jets, but Giants fans...it's back again. And it feels very different from years past.Swoons are...
