This is some of the most encouraging news I have read all offseason. According to Ralph Vacchiano of the Daily News, rookie wide receiver and first round pick Hakeem Nicks had "a dream practice" in Albany yesterday. Nicks was hampered by a bad hamstring earlier in camp, which he admitted got in his head and caused him to struggle, but he is 100% healthy now. It showed yesterday as he made four highlight reel catches:
Catch #1 - Nicks is sprinting down the right sideline, and cornerback DeAndre Wright is matching him stride for stride. Suddenly Nicks puts on the breaks, and turns this into a comeback route, making an easy grab on a pass from Andre Woodson. Nicks was wide open, as Wright could not stop for five yards.
Catch #2 - Nicks is sprinting down the left sideline, covered by Wright once again. Woodson launches a deep pass, which Nicks is able to catch up to, making an over the shoulder catch in full stride.
Catch #3 - Nicks is deep down the right sideline, cover...
