All that talk of starting fast and exacting revenge on the Bills was gone by the first few minutes. And by the time Buffalo was up by 21, it looked like it could get ugly.
Instead, the Patriots fought their way back… like they always seem to do. After 30 minutes, it’s Bills 21, Patriots 14.
A tip-drill interception by QB Tom Brady (11 of 15 for 134 yards and one touchdown) ended the Pats scoring chances, but the Bills missed a field goal to fail to take advantage.
Bills QB Ryan Fitzpatrick is 20 of 28 for 246 yards with two scores, looking like his old self. Stevie Johnson (right) had a TD, then got benched for his ridiculous shirt. Oh, and the Bills are going for it, with three fourth-down attempts.
