In a game that they desperately need to hang on to the sixth seed in the AFC, the Bengals have their first lead at the half since the Seattle game in Week 7. They have given up six plays of 18 yards or more but have 10 points off turnovers. Cedric Benson is having his best game of the season with 92 yards on 13 carries and Andy Dalton is an efficient 9 of 17 for 112 yards. Two of Mike Nugent’s field goals are from 47 yards or longer. Offensively, the Bengals are moving the ball well but take away the turnovers and the Bengals are having a tough time containing the tight ends. On a positive note, the Bengals didn’t allow any second-quarter points for the first time in 10 games.

Cedric Benson Probable

Running back Cedric Benson is probable for Week 14 vs. Houston, according to John Clayton of ESPN. Fantasy Spin: Benson may still be slowed by his foot injury though, and is not a good bet for fantasy production against a ferocious Houston run defense. So keep fantasy expectations tempered.
