Hamlin looking for hits

Ken Hamlin has earned a reputation for laying crunching hits during his eight-year career. The former Pro Bowl safety played physically during practice Thursday and has trouble saving the big blows for exhibition games leading up to the regular season. “I’m not a guy to wait for a preseason game,” he said. “But I’m excited about the season getting started, everything picking up.
