Found October 29, 2012 on Fox Sports Tennessee:
Titans head coach Mike Munchak said on Monday that he expects that quarterback Matt Hasselbeck will likely make his fifth straight start on Sunday against Chicago and also tried to quash the idea that the team might trade tight end Jared Cook. Munchak said he originally thought that starting quarterback Jake Locker might miss two or three weeks with an injury on his non-throwing shoulder but said that until further notice that Hasselbeck would start on Sunday at LP Field against the Bears. Hasselbeck is 2-2 since filling in. He won two straight, but lost at home 19-13 in overtime on Sunday to Indianapolis as the Titans fell to 3-5. Munchak said Locker was scheduled to visit doctors later on Monday and that the situation was more of a medical deal. The Titans bye week is soon approaching on Nov. 18 and Munchak admitted that the closer the team gets to that date without having Locker return that it might just make more sense to wait until after that and give the second-year player m...

Report: Jared Cook Requests Trade Out Of Tennessee

Titans head coach Mike Munchak mentioned that he “can’t see a situation” where they would trade Jared Cook, per Jim Wyatt. Munchak added that Cook is ”big part” of their offense. Cook has since denied that he requested a trade of Tennessee, so it’s very unlikely that he will be playing for another team in 2012. ————- Jim Wyatt of the Nashville Tennessean...

NFL Rumors: Jared Cook Wants Tennessee Titans Trade, But A 2012 NFL Trade Deadline Deal Appears Unlikely

Jared Cook has formally requested that the Tennessee Titans trade him prior to the newly pushed back 2012 NFL Trade Deadline, which is now scheduled for Thursday. Unfortunately for Cook, however...

Could Atlanta Trade for Jared Cook?

Is it time for the Atlanta Falcons to make a splash in the trade market? The trade deadline has been pushed for another couple days due to Sandy. This would give another few days for Atlanta to make a splash. Is trading while undefeated a good idea? I say, absolutely. Rumor around the NFL is that Jared Cook, the disgruntled athletic  tight end of the Tennessee Titans has requested...

Colts Win on the Road in OT, 19-13 Over Titans, and Move to 4-3

He's #Chuckstrong. Are you? (Colts Instagram Account) 4-3, second place in the AFC South.  I'll be honest, I wasn't so sure this could happen.  3-3 with a minute left in the half sounds like a defensive struggle with big, game changing plays from both defenses.  What actually transpired was two teams moving the ball well through the air, with both quarterbacks averaging...

Titans fall to Colts in OT, 19-13

The Tennessee Titans had their chances to win, and should have won, but fell to the Indianapolis Colts 19-13 in overtime.  Frankly, I wasn't surprised by the loss but was surprised at the way(s) the Titans lost - I was expecting a high-scoring game, something along the lines of 38-35.   The game was not particularly well officiated - there were some questionable...
