Matt Hasselbeck is a great leader for the Tennessee Titans and this week he opened up a little bit about his feelings on the end of their season. He went all the way back to the feelings he felt on the plane ride home from Houston. During the plane ride, knowing they had beaten Houston, and that Cincy had lost, they had a mindset of, “…all we need is the Raiders and Denver to win.” according to Hasselbeck. Now, I don’t know how many of the players on a daily basis would cheer on the Broncos but on that day, the Tennessee Titans had “Tebow” chants going. Hasselbeck told the press in a conference late last week, “It was hilarious”. The following day, the Titans were under orders to complete exit physicals and meetings with coaches and Hasselbeck was one of the last players to leave.
