There’s this awesome parody account of presidential candidate Mitt Romney’s VP pick Paul Ryan on twitter and all the tweets start out with “hey girl.” I think it’s so hilarious and have been dying to use it in the title of post. And lo and behold GQ magazine gave me a perfect excuse to do it when they posted pics of the cute caramel quarterback Cam Newton! Now yall know I love my Cammy and I’ll use any excuse to post on him.
This dude exudes charm that is beyond his 22 years.
You can read the cover story GQ here and see other photos of Cam.
Here’s the part of the article I loved the most. I think Cam nailed the public’s hypocrisy when it comes to athletes being confident.

Back before the draft, it seemed that Newton’s biggest crime—worse than the Florida stuff, worse than the recruiting stuff—was declaring to Sports Illustrated that he wanted to be more than just a qu

Panthers Notebook: Stewart a key asset
There was a time this summer when Jonathan Stewart wasnt entirely sure where his future in football was.
He was hoping to remain a Carolina Panther, but when the team acquired Mike Tolbert from the San Diego Chargers, rumors swirled that Stewart may be on his way out. But thats obviously not going to happen any time soon after the team recently signed the fifth-year back out of...
Brandon LaFell reportedly locked in as the Panthers number two receiver
Getty Images
According to Pat Yasinkas of ESPN.com, Panthers wide receiver Brandon LaFell currently has the number two receiver spot locked up.
“Brandon LaFell pretty much has locked up the No. 2 wide receiver job opposite Steve Smith,” wrote Yasinkas.
The only reason LaFell is locked in at the second receiver is because the panthers don’t have any on better. He still needs...

Josh Norman intercepts four passes in practice
Despite coming from a small-time college football program at Division 1-AA Coastal Carolina, Josh Norman never doubted that he would ultimately play in the NFL.
The rookie cornerback certainly doesn’t mind tooting his own horn, and has quickly gained a reputation of being cocky.
In June OTAs, the fifth-round pick took a jab...
Carolina Panthers Ink RB Jonathan Stewart to 5-Year Extension
Ask and you shall receive.
When the Panthers brought in free agent Mike Tolbert and signed DeAngelo Williams to a long-term extension, many people thought that there would be no room left in the backfield for Jonathan Stewart.

As it turns out, the backfield wasn’t as crowded...
Panthers Rookie WR Brenton Bersin Gets Jeep Wrapped Up In Prank
NFL teams training away from their respective civic headquarters are starting to head home. What does that mean, veterans must make the most of waning chances to prank rookies of course. The Panthers practiced in full pads for nearly three hours Monday, with the defense getting the upper hand. Newton battling giant expectations
He is the prototype of a video game quarterback come to life.
That's how Carolina Panthers running back DeAngelo Williams views being in the same backfield as Cam Newton.
"It's the equivalent of playing Madden," Williams recently said at Panthers training camp. "It was like having a running quarterback when (Michael) Vick was with Atlanta. Everybody would...
