So…. Suh won’t be winning the Walter Peyton Man of the Year Award??- Football on Thanksgiving meant no RedZone Channel… which meant it was a rare occasion I had to watch commercials…
Does anyone else hear T-Mobile’s “Walking in a 4G wonderland” as “walking in an orgy wonderland” the first time around? - Congrats to your crazy uncle for winning the over/under on Dallas beating Miami by 1 point.
- Felix Jones, welcome to a less prestigious version of the Shaun Alexander club.
- I’m pretty sure Ray Lewis is the first player to ever be injured on the sideline and still mic’d up.
- If both of my sons were head coaching against each other… I certainly wouldn’t leave the stadium and watch it on TV at home. Nuts.
- Percy Harvin vs. Curtis Lofton… do I need to tell you who won that match up?
- Despite Dalton and AJ playing some great football, the Browns kept it a little too close for comfort.
- Greg Little was dropping passes all over the place.
…maybe it’s just a Cleveland thing and Braylon never had the dropsies after all? - Reggie Wayneeeeeee!
Congratulations to me for being forced to put you in my lineup this week! - DeAngelo Williams earned his one day of fantasy relevancy with two TDs…
… though, he’s probably been a free agent in most leagues for about eight weeks now. - Either God doesn’t want Matt Leinart to ever play professional football, or the Texans are doomed to never win a playoff game. Probably both.
- And you thought I was going to mention Tebow when you read that God reference…
Stevie Johnson… is there really anything left to say about this guy that he hasn’t already said about himself?- Revis Island was hit with a tsunami on Sunday.
- Seriously though, how much does fear play into Revis’ success?
Fitzpatrick and the Bills had nothing to lose, so they went after Revis. And by the way, they rocked him. - Has Mark Sanchez finally turned a corner?
… I’ll tell you what, you can have my ticket to the bandwagon, and I’ll watch. - The Rams’ hadn’t returned a punt for a TD since Dante’ Hall in 2007.
- We now know Chris Johnson’s secret: He runs well against poor run defenses.
- Janikowski and Lechlar each set Raider kicking records on Sunday: six field goals for Jano, and an 80 yard punt for Lechlar.
…and you thought Al Davis was crazy for drafting kickers in the 1st round. - Clark Judge thinks the Raiders could legitimately take on the Packers in the Superbowl.
- Michael Bush’s late TD were the first Raider points scored in the 4th quarter since their October win over Houston.
And you thought you had a hard time closing… - In other noteworthy news – the Redskins won.
- Pete Carroll will get his first chance at revenge against Vince Young on Thursday Night.
- Tebow. Not much else to say.
- I don’t think I can not mention Nick Novak peeing on the sideline… but there’s not really any joke to make that hasn’t already been used by every newspaper in San Diego.
Yeah, the Patriots dominated the Eagles. But their pass defense is still a glaring issue.- Steelers/Chiefs… great opportunity to get some stuff done before going back to work on Monday.
- The Giants have the worst closing schedule of all time. NO, GB, DAL, WAS, NYJ, DAL.
- New Orleans is for real, and Drew Brees is getting hot at just the right time.
The 9ers had to be breaking a sweat over their #2 Seed as they watched the Saints light it up.
Good luck to everyone heading in to their fantasy football playoffs this weekend.
