(Observer News Services) Former Carolina Panthers fullback Brad Hoover will join Barry Sanders, Franco Harris, Marshall Faulk and 28 other former NFL players in announcing their former teams' second- or third- round picks at the NFL draft next Friday.The Panthers, Miami Dolphins and New York Jets do not have second-round selections, so their representatives will announce their third-round picks.
