by John OehserFiled under: Texans, AFC SouthNo way does Eugene Wilson want to re-live last season.
Wilson, an eight-year veteran safety for the Houston Texans, said he has some pretty clear objectives for the season ahead. Those objectives involve not only being a part of the Texans' first playoff appearance, they also involve not having opposing quarterbacks comfortable doing what Texans quarterbacks were doing in practice recently.
Wilson, according to Jordan Godwin of the Houston Chronicle, made a lot of plays on the ball in practice this week, which Wilson said meant the quarterbacks were throwing at him.
Yes, he noticed it. And now he wants it to change.
"The quarterbacks decided to try to throw it in my area," Wilson told Godwin. "Normally, they know better than to throw it in my area a lot, but if they try, I'll be there." Permalink | Email this | Linking Blogs | Comments
