You guys won’t believe this… but I’m almost positive Patriots coach Bill Belichick and Jets coach Rex Ryan both used swear words while walking through MetLife Stadium last night within earshot of someone. For Belichick, it was his comments allegedly made on the field after thumping the Jets in a talk with his son. Somehow, the New York Post heard it and reported that he said, “Thirty-seven points on the best defense in the league, (expletive) my (expletive).” (Gasp!) I asked Belichick about it today and he said, “Yeah, I don’t remember it that way, so…” Then, he was back to football talk. “I don’t think we’re here to talk about that. Want to talk about the game? Jets Coach Rex Ryan Curses at Fan, World Shocked

Active Guyton didn't play Sunday night

By Tim BrittonFOXBORO, Mass. -- Linebacker Gary Guyton didn't see the field on Sunday night, but that wasn't because of an injury. Guyton, who was limited in practice all last week and questionable for the game with a shoulder injury, was active. NFL Video: Rex Ryan Your Language is Offensive

The Jets took the loss to the Patriots in ugly fashion last night.  Losses put people in bad moods. That's a given. Jets coach Rex Ryan issues playoff injury report, calls his team “doubtful”

Jets coach Rex Ryan has made guarantees and he has conceded that his team has missed the playoffs. Both have backfired. Maybe...

Rex Ryan to Jets: “We want a home playoff game”

In 2009 and 2010, the Jets had to navigate the road to the Super Bowl the hard way, as wild cards forced to win away from home. Each year, the Jets won two playoff games on the road, with their Super Bowl quests derailed in Indianapolis and Pittsburgh, respectively. This year, the Jets have a…
