Around and around the Arizona Cardinals' quarterback carousel turns, and this week it's Brian Hoyer's turn to take a spin as the starter. Coach Ken Whisenhunt said Wednesday that Hoyer will be the Cardinals' fourth starting quarterback this season when they face San Francisco in their regular-season finale on Sunday. Hoyer follows injured Kevin Kolb, John Skelton and Ryan Lindley in getting a turn behind center. A former New England backup, Hoyer signed with the Cardinals earlier this month. In Sunday's 28-13 loss to Chicago, Hoyer replaced Lindley and completed 11 of 19 passes for 105 yards and an interception. Prior to that, Hoyer hadn't thrown a pass in an NFL game since his one attempt with the Patriots in 2011.
