A knock against Wilson, however, has been his understanding of the pass blocking assignments. So to make sure the rookie is truly ready to take on that all-important role, fullback Henry Hynoski has taken it upon himself to spend extra time with his teammate to quiz him on the various protection schemes and adjustments. "Right now he's going to be staying after practice with me for about an hour, hour and a half and we're going to get him ready," Hynoski said. "I tell him that after practice I want him to have all his protections written down -- who he is assigned to and what the adjustments could be." And how has Wilson do...

David Wilson was selected in the first round of the 2012 NFL Draft by the New York Giants, 32nd overall.

He also opened the door as Andre Brown...

New York Giants tight end Martellus Bennett may have made his best play of Sunday when he caught a fan falling from the stands. The Giants were leaving the field after soundly defeating the Green Bay Packers when Bennett attempted to give his gloves to a kid.
At that time a middle-aged man leaned over the kid and fell over the protective railing and onto Bennett.

The Giants signed running backs Ryan Torain and Kregg Lumpkin Tuesday after placing Andre Brown on injured reserve with a fractured fibula Monday.Fantasy Spin:Torain and Lumpkin will give the Giants depth at running back but don't figure to be fantasy options. We expect New York to finally increase rookie David Wilson's role behind Ahmad Bradshaw.
It took the words of a very special child to remind the Giants of how they're capable of playing. And sure enough, that special child, 15-year old Adam Merchant, was rewarded with a chance to witness his favorite NFL team put on one of its best performances of the season in person. Merchant, who was diagnosed with Burkitt lymphoma, a form of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, came...
