'I Am Not Surprised': Woman Who Sued Seau

A woman who sued Junior Seau in 2007 speaks out after he is accused of domestic violence.Early on Monday morning, the former Chargers linebacker and Pro Bowler was arrested by Oceanside police for "injury of spouse or cohabitant," according to the San Diego Sheriff's Department. Seau's girlfriend alleged Seau assaulted her during a verbal argument.Hours later, he made his $25,000 bail and was released. Later in the morning, his Cadillac Escalade went off a cliff at the beach in Carlsbad. Seau was taken to Scripps Mercy Hospital. He was released Tuesday morning. Police said on Monday night that Seau had fallen asleep at the wheel.The allegations stemming to Monday's incident are not Seau's only run-ins with the legal system connected to his interactions with women.
