The Minnesota Vikings clearly had a forgettable season in 2011, as they matched a franchise worst for a 16-game season with a 3-13 record. Many shortcomings of the organization were exposed, from talent level on the roster to a lack of one head honcho in the front office, and now the controversy over a new stadium looms over the franchise and the state. The Vikings have promoted Rick Spielman to general manager already this offseason, so there is finally one overriding voice in charge of personnel decisions.
If I ran the Minnesota Vikings, here are some changes I would immediately make.
1. Find A Way To Build A New Stadium- It seems every week a new possible site for a new Vikings' stadium comes out of the woodwork, which only serves to further delay the process.
