Prince Amukamara figured he would be a point of reference in the Giants locker room on Monday.
With an ugly bullying situation going on in Miami, one that has caused the indefinite suspension of one player and the departure of another, the Giants cornerback tried to place himself inside the shoes of Jonathan Martin, the alleged victim.
Amukamara dealt with a hazing situation back in 2012 when a video of him being dunked into a cold tub by Jason Pierre-Paul was posted online.
"Yeah, I definitely put myself in Jonathan's shoes to see if it was identical to my situation and just see his comments," Amukamara said.
"The players here, we all have a great relationship," Amukamara said. "If I would have complained or told coach or brought it out, if I would have made a public outcry about it or something like that, I think it would be saying that it was bullying and people would have a problem with it.
