Per Tyler Haughn of Fox59 News, Colts QB Anthony Richardson has been charged with allegedly having marijuana in his possession in Carmel, Indiana. Per court documents obtained by Fox59, Richardson faces a misdemeanor charge for possession of marijuana, which was officially filed on October 19th.
