Injury report: Four upgraded to full participation

Four Packers starters -- linebacker Nick Barnett, left tackle Chad Clifton, end Johnny Jolly and cornerback Charles Woodson -- were upgraded to full participation on today's injury report.Barnett "looked good" in practice a day after being sent home sick, coach Mike McCarthy said.Linebacker Brandon Chillar (back) once again was listed as a nonparticipant, while fullback Korey Hall (elbow), end Michael Montgomery (ankle) and nose tackle Ryan Pickett (hamstring) remained limited. Cornerback Trevor Ford (knee) was a full participant again.
