According to Brian Costello of the New York Post, it sounds like Jets head coach Rex Ryan doesn’t expect wide receiver Santonio Holmes to be a back for a few weeks after injuring his foot on Sunday.
So until Holmes comes back, it looks like Jeremy Kerley and Chaz Schilens will be the Jets’ starting receivers. Good luck Rex.
Will the New York Jets reach out to veteran free agent WR Plaxico Burress now that Santonio Holmes has suffered a serious injury? Or how about Terrell Owens? Chad Johnson?
