Colts owner Jim Irsay showed some frustration on Twitter following the Colts loss to the Bills in this year’s first preseason game.  He’s caught some flak in the media and from fans, but as far as I’m concerned it’s a good thing.  It’s time to take the training wheels off, build depth, and become a truly well-rounded team.
