With a talented, deep, and athletic roster, enthusiastic first-year coordinator Perry Fewell’s attitude has had a clear effect on the guys on his side of the ball, and the fans and media are optimistically taking note. With this offseason’s subtle speculation that Tom Coughlin is quite possibly gearing up for his last hurrah, is it possible that a dominant performance by Fewell’s defense could parlay itself into a head coaching job for the 47-year-old defensive coordinator?
