THE GAME: The Giants (3-0) at the Kansas City Chiefs (0-3) 1 p.m., Fox WHAT IT MEANS: Well, for one thing it means the end of what has been a long, three-game road trip. And it gives the chance to become just the eighth of 107 teams to sweep such a trip in the last 19 years. It means we all get a little closer to Oct. 18, when the fun part of the schedule kicks off in New Orleans. Other than that? I suppose it’s meaningful for the Chiefs. Like the Buccaneers last week, I assume they’d like to win at least one game sometime soon. MATCHUP TO WATCH: RB Brandon Jacobs vs. LBs Mike Vrabel and Tamba Hali. OK, so “tip-toeing” is harsh, and I do agree that Fox’s Tony Siragusa was a little over-the-top in his criticism of Jacobs last week. He failed to take into account the constant eight-man fronts Jacobs has been facing. But now he’s angered the big fella, and I expect that Jacobs would like to flatten a few Chiefs today and wouldn’t be shock...
