It's time, Colts fans, to pick 'The Lucky 13'

OK, Colts fans, here goes. I've done the best I can to choose 40 roster spots that would appear to be secure. As always, if I'm wrong, it won't count against anyone. I have had one or two errors in the past. Final cuts often are difficult for the team, let alone a scribe trying to sound like he's got a sense for where players are.
