Jabar Gaffney took to Twitter today to vent about his “soon-to-be” ex wife and fellow Gator Lito Sheppard.

In just an hour, Gaffney demonstrated exactly how not to use social media, and it’s not the first time. Back in November, Gaffney utilized Twitter for another probable cause: telling a Cowboy fan to go kill himself.

Can’t really pull out the trusty “hacked” excuse for this one can you? It’s too personal. Feels like it’s coming straight the (black) heart, right from the (dead) soul. Really genuine stuff.
