The Jacksonville Jaguars will play against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday at Ralph Wilson Stadium. Neither team is in the playoff hunt but both are already experimenting for next season. Jacksonville seems to have resigned from seeing Blaine Gabbard (injured, demoted) as a cornerstone of their future. They will continue to play Chad Henne the rest of the way as they attempt to see if he can be the starter in 2013. The move may have as much to do with an underwhelming incoming quarterback class as it does with the actual ability of Henne. Buffalo’s head coach Chan Gailey and general manager Buddy Nix both have spoken critically of their quarterback as well. The team plans to draft a quarterback to replace Ryan Fitzpatrick but that is not where the changes stop. CJ Spiller has taken over as the lead running back on the Bills as the team will hope for more flashy plays from the third year player. So what is the spread in the Jaguars and Bills game?Buffalo is a six point favorite over Jacksonville. The over/under or total points for the game is set at 45.5 points. Buffalo has shown flashes of putting up large sums of points but they have been inconsistent. Jacksonville struggled to score early in the year but since switching to Henne they have been significantly better. They have scored 61 points over their last two games against Houston and Tennessee. Tireball.com Prediction: Do not base your picks on us but we like Jacksonville in this one. We like what Spiller brings to the Bills offense but the resurgence of Jacksonville with Henne is too much for us to ignore.

I will attempt to try to explain the myth versus the fact and provide easily research-able facts to try to dispel some of the more egregious myths. Blackouts: This is the biggest...

Tarvaris Jackson not a happy camper in Buffalo

Former Seattle Seahawks quarterback Tarvaris Jackson now languishes in Buffalo, twiddling his thumbs as he thinks of happier times. He was Seattle's starting QB just last year. Then they unceremoniously dumped him to the curb when they drafted Russel Wilson and picked up free agent Matt Flynn. “It’s been a different season for me,” Jackson told Sal Maiorana of the Democrat...

Keep it classy, Jason Babin

Jason Babin isn’t one to keep a cork in it when a microphone is put in his face, and he kept to that reputation only a few short hours after his arrival in Jacksonville. The new defensive end for the Jaguars took the opportunity to rail against his former team and the media following his [...]

Fantasy Football News – Steve Johnson Leaves Game with Hamstring Injury

Fantasy Football News - Buffalo Bills wideout Steve Johnson has left the game due to a hamstring injury. His return is questionable. Fantasy Football News – Cecil Shorts Leaves Game with Head Injury

Fantasy Football News - Cecil Shorts took a massive shot to the head late in Sunday’s game against Buffalo. He will not return. FFLockerRoom Take - While this is bad news as he very well could have suffered a concussion, he did put in an excellent game for his fantasy owners going for almost 80 yards and a touchdown. Stay tuned to FFLockerRoom throughout the week to see if Shorts...

Q&A with Bloguin Bills blogger Joe

Bills/Jags recap: 34-18

I have to admit, I had my mind already made up as to what I was going to write about today's game, win or lose. It was on my mind as I was going through Twitter at around 1130am. Anyone covering the game alluded to it. In case you couldn't find an illegal feed, the Bills won, 34-18. I'm pretty sure more people watched this game illegally than those in attendance....

Bills' 'backup' tailback carries offense in win over Jax

Things are a whole lot easier when the Buffalo Bills have enough carries to spare between their two No. 1-caliber running backs. A stout defensive showing and ground-and-pound-friendly weather Sunday eliminated any urgency with the Bills' offense, and 186 rushing yards between Fred Jackson and C.J. Spiller was the result in a 34-18 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars. “We...
