Justin Blackmon was supposed to be the next receiver in a long line of first-rounders that stormed into the league and made an immediate impact.




As such, the Jacksonville Jaguars were aggressive in trading up into the number five spot to secure his services during the NFL draft back in April.



Things don’t always work the way that they are intended to and after a very high profile DUI, Blackmon has seemingly found nothing but disappointment during his time thus far in the NFL.
