The Rams will be without guard Jacob Bell for all of the OTAs and minicamps as he recently had he knee “scoped” and will be out 4 – 6 weeks. I wish this was addressed earlier in the offseason, but like Steven Jackson’s surgery, they were likely hoping rest would heal it and when it did not, they elected the surgery. However, on the other side of the coin, better they find out now that he needs surgery rather than week 1.
If he is truly out only 4-6 weeks that should bring him back in time for training camp at the beginning of August.
